About The Foundation
about the foundation
The Hot Springs Health Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation in the State of Wyoming. Our Foundation is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of local business and community leaders. Since its beginning in 1981, the Foundation’s mission has been to benefit Hot Springs Health, a 15-bed critical access hospital located in Thermopolis, Wyoming. The Foundation is proud of its successful efforts in supporting the hospital and assisting it in fulfilling its mission of providing quality health and healing to our community.
The Foundation funds its programs through private donations, grants, fundraising events, and other programs. Our success is dependent on the support of current and future donors in order to provide the needed funding. Thanks to the generous support of our donors and friends, the Hot Springs Health Foundation remains committed to serving the needs of Hot Springs Health. We will continue to partner with our donors, making an impact together by providing quality healthcare in our community.

Planned giving
Planned gifts can be as simple as a charitable contribution of cash or as sophisticated as establishing a charitable trust. If you are interested in setting up a planned gift, please contact the Foundation.

The gift of time is vital to the success of the Foundation. Our Board of Directors generously volunteers their time and experience, providing resources that help make the Foundation run efficiently. Endowment
HSH Foundation maintains an Endowment, which continues to grow with added donations. Only earnings from the Endowment may be used for hospital improvements. The corpus of the Endowment is left to continue to grow, in order to facilitate future needs of the Foundation, and of the Hospital.
